My name is Marla, and I am proud to be one of the co-founders of this incredible company. Together with my husband, Chad, we embarked on this journey with the mission of making a positive impact in the lives of those around us.

Therefore, it became our mission to bring art into the everyday lives of individuals and communities.

Charla and Company - Family members affectionately called us Charla (Chad + Marla = Charla). So when the family grew, we added on the "Company": our 3 favorite members -- Nia, Abel, and Rogan.
Creative Director - Marla
I have been teaching art for more than 20 years, with a particular focus on Ceramics and Sculpture. In addition to my regular classes, I also organize various art-related events such as Kids Art Camps, Paint & Sips, and birthday parties. Furthermore, I conduct pottery, painting, and sculpture classes exclusively for adults.
While my passion lies in art, I am equally drawn to personal development. To combine these two aspects, I have created a unique concept called "HeART Therapy" (with a capital A-R-T). HeART Therapy provides a space where individuals can engage in art creation at a deep soul level for healing purposes. These therapeutic experiences can aid in the release of old pain or assist in navigating through grief.
Executive Administrator - Chad
With over 25 years of dedicated experience in the administrative field, I possess a unique blend of strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in overseeing and optimizing safety and system operations, resulting in enhanced productivity, increased profitability, and a reduction in accidents and incidents.
With an equal level of commitment to my ongoing personal development it also sees me constantly striving to be a better father and husband. As the leader of my family and family business, I understand how imperative it is to foster a culture of community and collaboration while keeping the details and systems in place.
